Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 DOE

Role and Responsibilities: As a pivotal member of a growing team, the Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Business Manager and General Manager. Your role will include:

Coordinating complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.

Utilizing ERP and/or EDI software for seamless operations.

Managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

Utilizing CRM software to maintain critical business data.

Assisting with solutions, and addressing potential issues proactively.

Maintaining a strong customer service orientation and a positive demeanour.

Displaying adaptability, flexibility, and ownership of responsibilities.

Providing administrative and sales support to the Sales Manager and General Manager.

Proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Preparing sales reports, updating sales/inventory forecasts, providing client order recommendations, and scheduling meetings.

Supporting business operations by generating and organizing weekly reports, managing calendars, and organizing files.

Maintaining the Customer Relations Management software (CRM) to support the sales team.

Delivering superior customer service for inbound inquiries.

  • Handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required to excel in this role:

  1. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  2. Post-secondary education in Admin Assistant, Executive Assistant or Business.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace, especially Sheets.
  4. Familiarity with CRM software.
  5. Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  6. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  7. A friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-centric mindset.
  8. An analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
  9. Outstanding English language skills.
  10. Valid local Driver's License and your own means of transportation.
  11. Entitled to work Full-time in Canada and available to join the team immediately.
