Human Resources Administrator Jobs

TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to work for a great organization in BC. This is a perfect opportunity for individuals who are looking to grow their skills and gain experience working in recruitment and HR sector. The work location is in North Vancouver area and this is a one-year full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full recruitment cycle and new hires onboarding process

• Maintain ATS and recruitment databases to ensure updated and accurate information

• Participate in candidate screening process, interview scheduling and work alongside HR manager throughout selection processes

• Coordinate recruitment events and act as key resources between hiring managers, candidates, and clients

• Create and maintain job postings both internal and external

• Promote and support branding initiatives

• Perform other HR and recruitment related duties as required

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of direct work experience in recruitment and Human Resources (HR)

• Diploma in HR is required or bachelor’s degree in BA is preferred or a combination of equivalent education and experience

• Previous experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism

• Highly proficient in HR database management software, ADP HRIS, and MS Office Suite

• Strong working knowledge in Canada employment regulations, legislations, and employment law practices

• Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and meet expected deadline

• Previous experience working in First Nations community is an asset
