How You Will Make An Impact In This Role
You have a minimum 1–2-year experience in an HR Admin role.
You may have a bachelor’s degree or Diploma in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
You have experience with recruitment in a fast-paced environment
You have an uncanny ability to go above and beyond and are a person who enjoys learning new facets and acquiring new knowledge
You use critical thinking to analyze and interpret information, develop and evaluate alternative courses of action, make decisions and recommendations, and solve problems
You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills and the ability to build engaging relationships through trust, teamwork, and direct communication
You demonstrate accountability and strive for operational excellence
You are extremely tech savvy and have advanced knowledge of Office 365 Suite

- Work on the skills matrix for departments.
- Job Grant and Jobs Now applications and paperwork.
- Review options for Length of Service awards.
- Review all the HR documentation.
- Completion of approvals to hire.
- Day to day HR activities.
- Candidate communications on interviews, offers and onboarding scheduling.
- Help setup employee files.
- Resume reviews.
- Pre-screens for interviews.
- Offer letter completion.
