Actively Hiring “HR Coordinator”

Position Purpose:

The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in managing HR documentation and agreements, facilitating the recruitment and onboarding process, and supporting various HR functions to ensure a smooth and efficient HR operation within the college.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and HR colleagues to support HR initiatives and projects.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
• Prepare, review, and distribute HR documents and agreements, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct research on HR-related topics, industry trends, and best practices, and provide recommendations to enhance HR processes and practices.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.

Knowledge and Skills:

• 2 years relevant experience in HR role in fast paced, multisite environment
• MS Office, MS windows, and HRMS system communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural, multinational environment to all levels in the organization
• Bachelors from a reputable university.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
