Admin Manager Jobs

At Rapid Freightways, we are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to help with our daily administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
• Manage paperwork
• AR: Create invoices, bank deposits, paychecks etc.
• AP: Manage accounts payable, reconciliations, cheque runs.

Qualifications:

• Analytical capabilities considered an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adept at Excel, Quickbooks.
