Our recognized client in Calgary is currently seeking an HR Advisor to join their focused team for a contract role. As the HR Advisor, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

• Help with HR policies and process review
• Ad hoc duties as requested
• Coordinate trainings
• Counsel and coaching regarding HR matters
• Generate internal communications

Requirements

Make a positive contribution as an HR Advisor with our client. The successful HR Advisor will possess the following:

• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Experience in not-for-profit environment
• Excellent project management skills
• Working knowledge of HRMS systems
• 4+ years of HR generalist experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills
• Available to start immediately
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and customer service skills
