Adecco is currently recruiting for a full-time Human Resources Assistant, to work for our client, a reputable, dynamic entertainment establishment, located in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, as well as outstanding verbal and written communication skills. If you have what it takes, apply now!

• Pay Rate: $21/hour
• Must be Tech savvy with Intermediate Excel and Word skills
• Shifts: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 4:30pm
• Location: Calgary, AB
• Excellent Written and Verbal skills are crucial for success in this role
• 4% vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque
• Hires fast, pays weekly
• Collecting new hire documentation, and following up on missing information
• Supporting People & Culture Advisors
• Supporting recruitment, by posting jobs, collecting and screening candidates, distributing applications to hiring managers, setting up interviews, responding to hiring requests and informing candidates of the results of interviews in a timely manner
• Responding to email inquiries in a timely manner
• Distributing required information to respective departments (payroll, benefits providers)
• Dispatching correspondence, including offer letters
• Updating databases
• New and quicker onboarding process Duties and Responsibilities:
• 6-12 months of experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment is required
• Able to work under little supervision
