TEMPORARY (1-YEAR CONTRACT)

The Job!
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for executing funding transactions to manage funding and to invest excess funds. Your daily duties may include the following:
- Supporting business partners on funding flows and key initiatives
- Preparing regulatory audits for various processes and interfacing with the audit teams
- Generating daily reports
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal guidelines
- Monitoring key funding/liquidity/risk metrics
- Other related tasks, as required
- Executing money market and foreign exchange transactions
- Conducting monthly reconciliations between trading systems
What you bring to the job
You are someone who strives to bring innovation to the team and loves challenges. In addition to this, you come with the following qualifications:
- Expertise in VBA or Tableaux
- Ability to work with a team as well as handle individual priorities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem-solve
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and skills in financial modelling
- Post-secondary degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role
