What you'll be doing

Working closely with the Senior Consultant, Digital Strategy Programs and Initiatives, you will be coordinating a wide range of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, including: CIBC Asset Management product launches, ongoing website maintenance and management of a thought leadership and insights hub and distribution. You will support the development of client digital experiences across cibc.com’s Wealth Management content, Renaissance Investments website and CIBC Asset Management websites. This will include ensuring an optimal client and advisor experience across all of CIBC Asset Management’s digital channels/experiences. This may include: ongoing SEO maintenance, channel integrity audits, and the management of Advisor tools and frontline support material.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing plans to optimize the performance of these campaigns and activities, using a data-driven approach to continuously improve results. Additionally, you will collaborate with other Enterprise teams, including marketing, product and technical teams to ensure initiatives are executed flawlessly and meet business objectives.

How You'll Succeed

• Maintain Digital Properties: Ensure digital properties are updated with timely content, and optimized towards best-in-class digital experiences. This will include supporting annual integrity audits of all digital properties and supporting QA of digital initiatives.
• Measure, Analyze and Optimize Campaigns: Working with key partners, ensure all marketing efforts have measurable KPIs, monitor campaign performance and analyze data to provide recommendations and optimizations.
• Execute Digital Marketing Initiatives:Execute and manage digital marketing initiatives from brief to creative development and implementation, supporting web page and content hub updates, lead generation forms and tracking, SEO updates and digital paid media campaigns.
• Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with CIBC peers and colleagues in a variety of roles/functions to efficiently and effectively work together to launch marketing initiatives.
