Wealth Management BA - Regulatory

Apex Systems is a staffing and consulting firm and we are looking for a Wealth Management BA - Regulatory with strong communication and requirement gathering skills, CFR regulatory exposure, and experience with Broadridge in the Wealth Management domain to place at our client, a Big Five Bank.

Client: Big Five Bank

Contract: 3-month contract (strong extension to extend 1-2 years past fiscal end)

Location: Toronto, Downtown Core - Hybrid Model (1-2 days in office/week)

The responsibilities of this Wealth Management BA - Regulatory role includes: liaising with business users to analyze requirements and translate business needs into functional specification for CFR backlog items; work within Broadridge platform alongside development teams to make required changes. Assisting development with analysis and resolution of production issues and user queries along with project tracking and SDLC management.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience working on CFR related regulatory projects as a BA in the Wealth Management domain
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with JIRA
• 5+ years of Wealth Management/Capital Markets experience; Understanding of Mutual Funds and related platforms such as Broadridge and FundServ
• Ability to speak with Wealth Management business stakeholders and also collaborate and discuss requirements with technology stakeholders
• Experience with Agile Development Cycle
• 6+ years of Business Analyst experience working at enterprise financial corporations
