What you'll be doing


Working closely with the Senior Manager, Digital Strategy and Experience, Digital Wealth Management, you will be managing a range of digital channels/experiences, digital marketing campaigns and activities focused on awareness, acquisition , and lead generation targeted to the Mass Affluent, High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth segments. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the performance of these digital channels, campaigns and activities, using a data-driven approach to continuously improve results. Additionally, you will collaborate with other Enterprise teams, including marketing, content and technical teams to ensure campaigns/digital channels are executed flawlessly and meet business objectives.


You will be responsible for the CIBC Private Wealth thought leadership and Insights Hub, in close collaboration with content partners. You will manage ongoing updates and optimizations, ensuring best in class digital experiences.


In addition to supporting our corporate websites, you will also be assisting with our CIBC Wood Gundy Investment Advisor websites. Supporting the roadmap evolution of the platform offering and you will manage advisor digital intake requests, routing tickets to the most appropriate teams while ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery. Acting as a digital SME, you will assist both Regional Marketing Consultants and Investment Advisors with best practices on website optimization and platform capabilities.

How You'll Succeed


  • Execute Digital Marketing Initiatives: Execute digital marketing initiatives from brief to creative development to implementation, supporting web page and content hub updates, lead generation forms and tracking, SEO updates and digital paid media campaigns.
  • Measure, Analyze and Optimize Campaigns: Working with key partners, ensure all marketing efforts have measurable KPIs, monitor campaign performance and analyze data to provide recommendations and optimizations.
  • Intake Management: Responsible for the management of the Digital Marketing Intake mailbox, ensuring all requests are routed to the proper team or submitted to proper channels in a timely manner.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with CIBC peers and colleagues in a variety of roles/functions to efficiently and effectively work together to launch marketing initiatives.
