Digital Strategy Lead Jobs

Experience in developing and implementing digital engineering requirements for contracts.

Extensive knowledge and experience with Enterprise Architecture

Considerable experience in developing IT strategy is mandatory with a strong track record of successful deployment and implementation.

Excellent organizational, project management & time management skills

Coordinate customer communications with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Support, etc.) with clear roles and responsibilities, and modalities

Ensure a positive CSM experience via surveys and eNPS results

Maintains an advanced understanding of PointClickCare’s products & services, industry knowledge and trends to drive customer engagement

Previous experience leading a team

Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills and a high sense of urgency to deliver solutions

Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Identify opportunities to leverage cloud technologies to enhance business processes, improve customer experience and drive operational efficiencies.

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify business requirements, assess feasibility, and develop migration plans.

Proven experience (3-5 years) in a digital strategy, cloud program, or similar leadership role within the financial industry.

Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies

Experience in applied business technology

5+ plus years experience working on digital channels, preferably in the financial services industry

Deep experience with agile product development

Excellent problem solving skills to analyze options and arrive at the best solution

Strong skills at process definition and optimization, developing and building upon best practices

Analytical skills to develop or leverage reporting tools to measure performance of digital channels

Strong organization skills with the ability to manage the social content strategy and calendar

Proven leadership in social media marketing with expert knowledge in social media channel best practices, content production, analytics/reporting, and marketing partnerships

Exceptional vision and strategic capabilities, including channel planning, season-long content slates, and the ability to proactively min for ideas with agility

Creative thinking skills with the ability to provide creative solutions to deliver against business objectives

Strong knowledgeable about sports at large, teams, phraseology to oversee exceptional social copywriting

Lead the team that runs our Social Media channels including Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter

Education: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent education with relevant experience.

Technical/Specialized Knowledge: Experience with naval, land C4ISR, autonomous systems would be an asset. Experience with IT Systems and Networks

Experience: 7+ years experience in a Software/Systems engineering environment and in managing high performing teams

Certifications: P.Eng. or CET or eligible to obtain P.Eng or CET.

5 years combined education and experience in a strategy function within large multi-national corporation. Within a Financial Institution is a plus

Excellent analytical capabilities, very comfortable with quantitative & financial analysis. High level of conceptual skills and an ability to operate strategically

Manage global marketing planning calendars and roadmaps, maintaining cross-team visibility into marketing plans and initiatives.

Support the delivery of strategic projects end-to-end.

Identify structure problems, analyze data and present complex findings in a clear, concise and decision-driven manner.

Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.

Participates in change management activities.

In-depth knowledge of BMO’s digital channels and workplace technology platforms and services.
