This is a 5 months contract located in Toronto, Ont/Remote.
Description:
"The Business Analyst III provides analytical and project management support to various corporate and business line strategic initiatives according to established Company procedures and applicable legal and regulatory guidelines. Provides assistance to team members and may assume a lead role within projects Identifies, develops, and maintains key linkages with business partners including the retail product management, retail distribution, commercial banking, support services and North American business partners such as client Wealth Management, client Ameritrade and client Insurance Works with line of business team members/ resource Resolves issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, other internal departments, outside contacts as necessary Works cross-functionally as required to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes Adds financial value to company by analyzing company data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively and materially impact the financial results of the company Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one�s time. Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. Knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models. Knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. 5-7 years experience required."
