We are working closely with a client of ours in the real estate industry who is seeking a proactive and driven Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the CFO by providing high-quality analysis, preparing reports, and assisting in the development and implementation of efficient business processes. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, interact with various departments, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization. They require you to be on-site five days a week and offer a competitive package!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop reporting templates to enhance efficiency and streamline reporting processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes, improving overall efficiency and productivity.
- Track real estate assets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
- Implement systems and budgets to maximize operational effectiveness and financial performance.
- Support the CFO in developing reports and gathering relevant information, serving as their right-hand person.
- Act as a liaison between various departments, assisting in operational tasks as needed, including property management, land development, IT, finance, and legal.
- Maintain a strong understanding of business operations, industry trends, and best practices.
- Assist in coordinating with banks to open bank accounts and manage related administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan for corporate growth and identify areas for process improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of departmental and corporate reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suites, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Previous experience in Real Estate Development is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Some background in accounting is beneficial, such as relevant coursework or exposure to accounting principles.
- Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
