Responsibilities

• Great communication skills, patience, and determination
• Managing daily tasks like: Scheduling, Reporting, Tracking, On-site Coaching of Sales Reps
• Ability to work outside in most weather conditions
• Ensure your team is growing and hitting their targets
• Outgoing, friendly, enthusiastic, customer focused and positive attitude
• Physically able to walk and stand for the duration of your shift
• Able to work independently and effectively function as a team player
• We are looking for someone who is driven and understands that our type of sales role is about numbers and exceptional customer service – 5 years of Sales experience and 2 years of managing Sales Reps experience

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading and writing English.
• Strong people skills.
• Communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Sales experience is a must!
• Full time
• Class G Driver’s License with good abstract
• Second language is a plus.

Salary: Starting at $50,000/year plus commissions, bonuses, and incentives
