Job Description
CarePartners is one of Ontario’s largest, most reputable and well-established accredited home health care providers, providing nursing, personal support, home support, palliative, therapy and rehabilitation support services for patients of all ages across urban and rural Ontario. We visit approximately 80,000 patients each year in homes, schools, clinics, workplaces and retirement homes, spread across 14 branches and 21 nursing clinics.

We are currently looking for someone to join our team in the role of Billing Quality Lead in our Sarnia, ON office. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-service focused attitude and will provide expertise and support on rejection related issues within an integrated patient focused service delivery model.


This is a Full-Time/Part-Time position. Hours of work will be Monday-Friday 830am-430pm and will be hybrid (in office and in home).


  • Coordinate and action invoice corrections or submit late billing to the HSSCC or subcontractor as well as coordinating reimbursement for overbilling
  • Experience in collections considered an asset
  • Managing a tracker of reconciliation of invoices and billing rejections
  • Troubleshooting rejection related issues and providing necessary information including supportive documentation

  • Advanced knowledge of scheduling systems i.e. Procura/CIMS considered an asset
  • Communicating and collaborating with the Home and Community Support Services (HCCSS) and subcontractors regarding invoices/billing files and rejected billings
  • Collaborating with our internal finance department and local program leadership
  • Strong proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft office, with proven skills in Word and Excel
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Facilitates reduction of rejected billings through support to the local program leadership (i.e. report compliance)
  • 1-3 years of office or customer service experience
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Post-Secondary Education in Healthcare, Administration, Finance or a related field
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collecting, entering, and sharing data related to rejections and invoicing to ensure performance and quality standards are being met
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination*
