Oversee and document compliance with CATSA’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GardaWorld’s Quality Management System (QMS)

Post-Secondary education in related field or combination of education and work experience

Provide coaching, correction and overall feedback to Screening Officers and Checkpoint Managers

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field

Certification as a Screening Officer would be an assest

Post-Secondary Education in Healthcare, Administration, Finance or a related field

Well-developed knowledge/understanding and experience reviewing Product/Process/Equipment qualifications.

Manage all ServiceNow upgrades to maintain N-1 compliance via the change management process.

Manage the IT and end user knowledge bases.

Document and maintain IT Service Management Governance

Experienced with gathering business requirements and translating them into IT deliverables.

Perform base ServiceNow administration. Manage external support vendors.

Knowledge of HACCP standards and experience in food safety.

Train winery personnel on the requirements of HACCP plans and all pre-requisite programs.

Administer and coordinate safety training for Forklift, boom lift, and First Aid courses ensuring all employees are current in their certifications.

Create and manage all documents to a paperless system for HACCP, EcoCert and packaging quality check sheets.

2-5 years Administrative Experience, preferably in the Beverage Industry.
