Our client located in the Brampton area is expanding their team and looking for a passionate IT Team Lead to join their company and lead a team of IT specialists. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience With The Following

• Manage routine server and database backup processes to ensure recoverability.
• Maintain various IT applications, records, databases, documentation, and diagrams with a focus on the retention of accurate and up to date records
• Guide team of IT Specialists and students to resolve tickets, deploy, track, and manage IT equipment and user accounts for new, existing, and departing employees, in accordance with business
• Manage all hardware and software projects to support WAN/LAN infrastructure for operation of clinical and business service applications

Requirements
Must Haves:

• Engage in continuous quality improvement efforts to improve IT capabilities, network and IT asset performance, in addition to network and infrastructure support for staff
• Lead change management initiatives for network infrastructure, configurations, applications, and IT services to meet organizational needs and maintain business continuity
• Lead the procurement of IT hardware and software for staff
• Experience working with Cisco Meraki Networks, Xerox Printers, Microsoft Surface Tablets and Books is considered an asset
• Minimum eight (8) years of work experience with Hardware, WAN and LAN and mobile work solutions for small to medium sized organizations
• Develop, configure, and implement new Microsoft-based solutions and applications that meet business needs
• Minimum one year experience leading IT teams and managing IT Technical Projects
