High degree of expertise and proficiency in database management and information management principles and techniques.

Monitor IT ticket system, provides staff with technical/troubleshooting support; manages Request Tracking requests.

Has a proven track record of analyzing and synthesizing information to understand issues, identify options and support sound decision making?

Equipped with strong knowledge and experience managing the development and delivery of IT security standards, best practices, and systems?

Responsible for defining and establishing operational processes for all identity and lifecycle management aspects.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; also Risk Management credentials such as Certified Risk Manager (RIMS) or ISO 31000, preferred

Knowledge and experience with technology that supports governance, risk controls (GRC) initiatives and processes are desirable.

Manage and implement remediation plans, ensuring observations from Internal Audit, External Audit and/or regulators are assessed and actioned quickly.

Work with business and technology leads to influence and balance controls with functional requirements.

2+ years of experience in and IT Administration support role or as an IT Project Administrator

Strong experience with Excel and able to generate forecasts and perform analysis of financials

Previous experience overseeing ordering of new equipment and managing contracts with suppliers of equipment or office materials

Ability to coordinate with other business groups like Accounting and Finance

Experience with any Microsoft CRM is valued

Location: Hamilton Area, ON (On-site during first 2 months, then hybrid remote options)

Familiarity with managed services models and experience managing relationships with external service providers

Proficient in IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL is a must

Manage and maintain illumin’s corporate IT and office infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, and software applications

Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and scalability to meet business requirements

Manage the IT budget, including cost analysis, forecasting, and expenditure tracking

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance technology skills and awareness among employees
