- Identify targets, develop and implement sales plans and be accountable for delivering results.
- Authority Operates within approved expense plan, under policies and guidelines established by AC NA.
- Participate in events such as; road shows, alliance partner shows and trainings, dealer BBQ’s, window and door training events.
- Contribute to Henkel’s success by professionally challenging status quo, sharing your ideas and experience. At the same time accept and support final decisions.
- Approximately 25% travel/overnights within given territory
- Professionally manage and be the primary contact for all sales and support activity within defined territory.
- Basic Function Grow Sales: Responsible for selling Henkel LePage products through end user demand creation.
- ROI should be considered when scheduling and participating in events.
- Assist in product complaint resolution. This may include: jobsite inspection, product complaint form completion and submittal, immediate or suggested resolution Manage and communicate activity and results via CRM tool, meeting calendar, requested reporting and through presentations.
- Assume responsibility for other duties as assigned by National Sales Manager III.
- GTA & Northern Ontario II. Responsibilities Deliver NES and GP1 annual growth per pro sales plan.
- Develop and maintain relationships with; Distributors, dealers, alliance partners, builders, contractors, remodelers, architects, sealant specifiers.
- Manage special projects and provide market intel as requested to include; competitive activity and price shops.
- Ability to work as a team with fellow field sales managers, retail team, marketing and others within the Henkel ACC NA business Jobsite inspection, testing and education ensuring specification of LePage products.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Professional written and verbal communication.
- Minimum 5 years selling experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in relevant market (residential/light commercial).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
