Job Description
*Engagement & Experience Assistant*
Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm, located in Downtown Edmonton.

*Responsibilities:*
  • Document and distribute post-event summaries, surveys, post mortems including the collection and analysis of data and feedback.
  • Organization & support of on-site event gatherings, including space setup & stakeholder consultation, collaboration with IT, catering, and adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Administrative support including but not limited to updating budgets, vendor management, PO/Invoice tracking & payment processing.
  • Internal Store; Management of client's Edmonton's store inventory, merchandise procurement, processing customer orders, metric reporting, game launches, and webstore administrative responsibilities.
  • Assist the Workplace Experience Team with various tasks and projects, including but not limited to researching and reviewing studio queries, creation of all general communications, reception, and floor back up.
  • Main Point of contact for any event support or escalation requirements.
  • Assist with research, organization, coordination and execution of all Edmonton company events, (in-person and virtual gatherings).
  • Set up and execution of events, meetings, conferences, workshops, including but not limited to creating and distributing event plans, advance meetings with all support groups, and day of point of contact for client.
  • Assist with management of events email account communications, Slack channel, RSVP, and surveys/feedback processes.
*Education & Experience:*
  • Friendly, outgoing personality, with ability to quickly respond and manage multiple groups/requests at one time.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Ability to execute projects efficiently, on budget and to timely completion.
  • Well-versed in MS Office and Google Workspace, possessing strong Excel and Word capabilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate Photoshop experience.
  • Ability to lift 30+lbs. as necessary

  • Minimum 2 years of events support or facilities, administrative or events experience
  • Deals effectively with numerous deadlines and constantly changing priorities.
  • A high energy, self-motivated, team player with outstanding organizational talents who is driven, results-focused, and has a whatever-it-takes attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision through a customer-focused and detail-oriented approach.
