Responsibilities:

As a Community Assistant, you'll:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
• Serve as the bridge between members, ensuring seamless connections
• Optimize supply usage to minimize waste
• Address member inquiries and concerns with professionalism
• Maintain organized records for courier parcels and pickups
• Plan and execute engaging community activities and programs
• Lead informative guided tours for potential members

Qualifications:

To succeed, you should have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Minimum 2 years of customer service (retail, hospitality, food and beverage)
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• A diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 1 year of sales experience (an asset)
• Availability to work Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Ability to lift a 5 kg (11 lbs) box
• Customer service or hospitality experience (an asset)
