Coordinate the execution of external public and community events to advance the brand and awareness of the Invictus Games 2025.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience making presentations to various audiences

Work with Fund Development team to support communication activities and account management with donor and sponsorship reports.

Understands PCC, the non-profit sector, and brand management.

Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management

Actively collaborates with the Manager of Development & Communications and internal team on the fundraising and marketing strategy.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, related field or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience in a non-profit setting is considered an asset

Strong researching and writing skills and experience writing about visual art, editing and proof reading.

Alongside Associate Director/Curator, manages relationships with artists and partners.

Familiarity with museum standards and practices, copyright, and experience handling artworks.

A degree/post-secondary education in Rehabilitation Science, Social Services, Communications, Business, or Marketing.

Experience providing case management, workshop development and facilitation to youth

Assess clients’ abilities, skills and needs, and establish mutually agreed upon employment action plans

Provide excellent customer service by helping clients to clarify goals and determine actions/solutions through assessment, case management, and counselling

Possess current working knowledge of employment-related issues and learning approaches to support youth with developing job readiness skills

Partner with the Community Outreach Manager to develop and implement engagement strategies to promote products and programs

Oversee the collection and maintenance of participant data to meet reporting requirements

Experience with event marketing, field marketing or public relations campaigns, telecommunications, communications, sales, event planning/event coordinating, or brand promotions

Volunteer experience or experience with charities and community involvement is a huge plus

Strong communication skills are a must
