2 to 4 years of demonstrated ability working in IT service management, or a similar role.

Experience working with IT monitoring systems and software such as Grafana, Zabbix, etc.

Excellent written communication skills, able to distill complex technology scenarios into clear and easy-to-understand decisions, actions and consequences.

Technical knowledge of supporting systems built in Linux/Unix operating systems, Cloud (public and private) environments and technologies.

The following certifications are required:

Maintain and administrate the Omni RIM database which includes creating/preparing new files, changes to existing files, printing Records Management usage reports

Over one year and up to two years related experience

Basic knowledge of the principles of health promotion is an asset

Keyboarding skill of 45 wpm with 80% accuracy (confirmed through testing process)

To provide support to various programs across the Health Unit as needed

To assist all external and internal customers in a friendly, positive, professional and time sensitive manner

Two years of practical experience working for managers required

Two-year Diploma in Office Administration, Education, Business Administration, Arts/Humanities, Social Sciences or related field required

Experience supporting scholarship, research and creative activities in postsecondary settings preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to communicate professionally, tactfully and diplomatically

Effective minute-taking and editing skills

Minimum 4 years’ experience in People Management (direct report or cross-functional) in a multi-disciplinary environment

Provide practical insight and assist Technical Services relating to the Terminal System’s Asset Management Program

Possess a Post-Secondary degree or diploma in a related field or minimum 5 years of combined equivalent work experience and education

Working towards a professional designation in Facilities Management (BOMI, IFMA, PEMAC designation) is preferred

Support the Operational Performance Manager, negotiate with suppliers and contractors to build efficient service level agreements

Minimum 4 years’ experience working in a customer centric environment

Experience in marketing and social media management

Social media management - posting, creating graphics, engagement

Operations - on and off-boarding members, community communications, event and website management

Facility management - as needed

Ability to understand project management, problem solve, and learn quickly

Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Develop, manage, and maintain the SCIRE Community website.

Develop media/materials to disseminate research to clinicians (knowledge translation).

Create content/communications products and information dissemination strategies consistent with project goals (i.e., evidence-based information).

Perform literature searches and data extraction.

Knowledge of direct care/case management models used in community health care organizations

Working knowledge of the nursing process, the consultation process, program planning and crisis management

Participate in establishing, maintaining and monitoring case management standards

5+ years of relevant experience as a Registered Nurse

Emergency/critical care, medicine/surgical, community nursing, rehab and Paeds experience an asset

Working knowledge of community resources and roles of health care professionals

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner and flexibility to adapt to changing workload

Assist with questionnaire/survey administration and quantitative data entry in analysis software such as SPSS or similar.

Performs word processing and data entry for the research project team

General knowledge about health and wellbeing from both a western and Indigenous perspective;

In-depth knowledge of communities in Maskwacîs Nation (Cree language an asset);

Excellent communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills;
