Are you looking for the opportunity to represent a well established Architectural and Interior Design consultancy?


My client is looking for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant at a busy time for the practice to work within the Residential and Commercial sectors, particularly within Restaurants, Bars and Nightclub projects.


The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent technical detailing, demonstrating a proficiency in AutoCAD. The perfect candidate will also come across as enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills.

Skills Needed For This Part 2 Architectural Assistant Role


To be creative to produce integrated designs


To demonstrate efficient design and technical skills


To be proficient in sustainable design


An excellent communicator, to deliver ideas orally as well as written


To be able to have a proactive approach to problem solving


To demonstrate a creative approach to all new ideasEssential skills needed for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:


Experience in the Residential sector


Excellent communication and presentation skills


Fluent spoken and written English


Strong AutoCAD skills
