Director Of Marketing Science And Analytics

The Director of marketing science and digital analytics will be responsible for understanding clients' needs, formulating methodologies to resolve clients’ challenges, hiring, briefing, and ensuring the delivery of the hybrid team (consultant and in-house team).

This role will focus mainly but not exclusively on 4 pillars:

• Defining measurement framework to fit client business approach
• Deploying learning and testing agenda through design research
• Design dashboard experience
• Advising on marketing data governance

Responsibilities

• Listening to client's needs & formulating a methodology to solve client's challenges
• Managing Manoeuvre's collaborator in delivering the mandate
• Assist Manoeuvre's team members in filtering expert talent
• Delivering mandate on time, within budget, and meeting Manoeuvre high-quality standard
• Client account management and opportunities

Qualifications

• Will be required outside of countries to meet with clients (passport is needed)
• Excellent English speaking and writing is a must (French is a plus)
• Understanding of /and experience using digital analytical tools and statistical/data model
• Client-facing and at ease to discuss with C-Suite
• 6 years + of proven track records and strong knowledge in digital marketing analytics
• Good practical knowledge of data capture, normalization, taxonomy, tagging plan, etc ...
• 8 years+ in digital leadership & operational role
• Understanding of the different concepts of the digital ecosystem such as acquisition, conversion, retention, loyalty, nurturing, etc.
• Good listening and Excellent communication & presentation skills

Conditions

• Salary: 100k ~150k depending on experience

• Working hours: 4 days a week (paid full week), Friday off
