The Director of Marketing & Communications leads the integrated marketing communications for CASTL’s national skills and training program. Working with the technical training team, client services and business development, you will plan and oversee marketing and communications strategies that promote CASTL training programs, facilities, and our e-learning platform to achieve results.

- You are an excellent communicator, and you appreciate the value of concise and compelling communications.
- You have relevant experience or education in life sciences.
Requirements:
Reporting to the Executive Director, The Director of Marketing and Communications will have demonstrated experience in:
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Marketing planning, execution, and measurement
- Market research
- Web management and auditing, monitoring, performance (SEO, SEM, platform integration), sales path optimization, and language adaptation.
- Event marketing (sponsorships, tradeshow promotions)
- Leading a small team for success.
- Support the overall operations of the team and collaborate with team members on projects.
- Brand development, and oversight
- Corporate communications strategy and implementation including presentations (ppt.), news releases, publication articles, reports.
- Overseeing publication design, including annual reports/corporate documents and marketing material.
- Marketing and communications agency contracting, engagement and relationship management.
- Social media management and digital marketing development (social platforms, video and photo content development, monthly e-newsletter, blogs, sales e-blasts, measurements etc.)
- Monitoring results in communications and marketing
