A leading Information Management company is looking to hire a Campaign Specialist for a 1-year contract with potential extension. This is a 100% remote role.

Your new role

Write and edit copy for event promotional material including but not limited to copy for emails, landing pages, websites, social media posts, PPC ads, etc. Coordinate development of creative (social images, email banners, etc.) and promotional content (social media posts, media, email marketing, etc.). Assist with building and coordination of project plans and timelines with stakeholders. Evaluate and recommend improvements to, processes and tools to enhance the performance of both the event campaigns and organization. Contribute to the total cross-functional effectiveness of the department, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive, engaged team member. Participate on ad hoc teams, take on special projects and perform other duties as required.

What you'll need to succeed

5+ Experience writing and providing copy for marketing campaigns (including websites, emails, social media, etc.) Excellent project management and organizational skills. The ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects independently. Strong knowledge of the multi-channel marketing mix. Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels. Ability to navigate fluidly between strategy and execution. Strong project management and time management skills. Attention to detail. Able to work independently and make smart decisions to keep the project moving forward. Attention to timelines and due dates a must with ability to help the team understand pending deadlines. Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field such as English or technical writing. Experience with Google suite, Teams, and BaseCamp a plus but not required.
