Virtual Marketing Specialist Jobs

IBI Healthcare Institute is looking for a Virtual Marketing Specialist to be part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Full reporting. We measure your traffic and conversions on a weekly basis to understand your progress. Although your metrics are always available to you in Google Analytics 4 we set up and configured for you, we are also ready to deliver custom reports to you on demand. Unlike other agencies, we do not charge additional fees for on demand reports or reporting meetings and calls.
• SEO Analysts. All of our SEO efforts are based on careful research performed by an experienced SEO Analyst. We monitor your rankings, changes in your positions, patients' online searches, competitors' strategy, and based on the findings, we design and execute your SEO program. Professional SEO tools like Ahrefs are provided by the agency, no additional license fees.
• Maintenance and optimization of Google My Business profiles for local SEO. Includes GMB profiles for 4 locations.
• Full technical maintenance of the website. Our programmers will QA your entire site twice a month for all technical aspects, including website speed, forms functionality, mobile usability, functionality of custom widgets, conversion optimization, functionality of integrations, etc. Plus, development of new custom features as needed is included.
• Full content execution. Weekly monitoring and improvement (as needed) of existing website content (all pages) and publishing of new optimized content. All content is unique, created exclusively for you by experienced medical copywriters in the US (not AI-generated). We deliver 4-5 in-depth posts and/or pages weekly that are targeting the most popular searches related to your procedures. Graphics/infographics and visual design of content are included.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of SEO strategies and ability to analyze and implement them
• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist
• Experience in content creation and optimization
• Strong technical skills and ability to maintain and optimize website functionality
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Google My Business profiles and local SEO optimization
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and ability to produce custom reports
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
