Manage the collection of on-site data using conventional survey methods combined with 3D Scanning Technologies

Demonstrate understanding of engineering needs onsite and knowledge of project documents

Previous experience with 3D scanning technology, applications, and industry processes is considered an asset

Excellent technical computer skills – AutoCAD, Rhino is an asset

Designing building components (Architectural panels, Glass and Glazing components) using as-built point cloud data

Proficiency in financial database management systems such as Excel and Microsoft Word

Use your Accounts Receivable skills to support a leading behavioral health organization

Associate's degree in Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent work experience

Accounts Receivable or related experience preferred, healthcare experience a plus

Knowledge of Medicaid, Health Choices, and other third-party billing processes

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements and statutes

Effective interpersonal skills, including tact diplomacy and flexibility to work effectively with management, staff, contractors, and the public.

Must maintain valid equipment certifications.

Previous experience within an Equipment Operator capacity is required.

Must have considerable applicable equipment operation experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Must be skilled in the operation of specified equipment and in use of tools used in servicing and minor maintenance.

Must possess knowledge of the methods and practices used in servicing, adjusting and maintaining equipment operated.

Attend customer meeting remotely to greet customer, offer condolences, set expectations and guide customer and employees through conversation

Case management and workflow management

Point of contact to support customers and branch employees in medium complexity plus estate and deceased cases, ensuring exceptional customer experience

Use applicable technology and tools which include Lync to facilitate an effective conversation with customers, and drive appropriate customer experience

Make probate recommendation to Branch Manager per Bank Policies and Procedures for each accountable case

Manage estate accounts and guide branch employees on fund disbursement as per executor direction and Bank Policies and Procedures

Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist

Strong technical skills and ability to maintain and optimize website functionality

Knowledge of Google My Business profiles and local SEO optimization

Experience in content creation and optimization

Knowledge of SEO strategies and ability to analyze and implement them

Excellent communication and organizational skills
