Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing and Communications, the Director, Marketing and Communications is responsible to oversee the overall marketing strategy of Immervision, to drive all corporate communications and to support the sales department in growing revenues.
As Immervision’s primary representant, the chosen candidate will ensure the international brand awareness and be a key influencer in the industry and in relationships with the company’s various partners.
Responsibilities
Manage the strategic direction of the company, define the marketing plan and ensure its deployment;
Manage public relations communications including web strategy, corporate communications and social networks;
Actively take part in the innovation strategy;
Drive marketing campaigns and optimize ROI;
Develop and execute a plan to increase the company’s brand awareness and its image;
Manage external collaborators creative work;
Define objectives and performance measures and produce analytical reports;
Drive the annual budget related to marketing activities;
Create and develop relationships with international clients and partners;
Ensure communication of best practices and the education of internal teams face to digital breakthroughs and new trends in the field;
Manage employees under his responsibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or communications;
Minimum 10 years of experience as a senior in marketing’s key functions;
Experience in international technology company;
Experience in agile project management and able to develop, execute, lead, and maintain complex projects, programs, and assignments;
Strong skills in digital marketing strategy;
Ability to drive the marketing strategy with a transversal vision and from an unconventional angle;
Be able to identify operational priorities based on the company’s sales objectives;
Good understanding of emerging technologies and leading business trends;
Ability to persuade and challenge to achieving goals with an innovative approach;
Ability to influence and build relationships with people across all levels and organizations internally and externally;
Strong leadership, communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills;
Willingness to travel frequently (30 to 40% of the time);
Exceptional oral and written communication skills (French and English), with an ability to speak effectively to business development leaders, executives, and engineers;
Mandarin, Japanese or Korean language proficiencies is an advantage.
