Clariti Cloud Inc. is in the business of building SaaS technology to transform the way governments serve their citizens. Our product has real world implications - this means nursing licenses renewed at a faster rate to mitigate staffing shortages in healthcare, tighter turnaround on the permits you need to get started on that home renovation project you've been excited about, smoother processing of business licenses to enable entrepreneurs to make their dream a reality, and the list goes on. We've realized the issues that come with outdated solutions that are difficult to maintain and support, or even worse, paper-based processes that are no longer scaleable - and this is what drives us to do what we do, continuously improve, and to disrupt the status quo. In a nutshell, we are supporting governments to digitize their workflows so they are internally more efficient while managing permit requests, and externally resolving citizen' issues transparently and effectively.

What will you work on?


Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Sales, Clariti is seeking a Director, Mid-Market Sales who is both entrepreneurial and a hands-on leader to grow our newly-acquired mid-market product line.


As a Director, Mid-Market Sales at Clariti, you'll get to :


  • Report on sales performance and forecasts to executives
  • Foster a learning culture where information is shared across the team and where market feedback is communicated to the rest of the company to improve product roadmap
  • Oversee proper use of our sales software stack (CRM, outreach tools, lead sources, content repository)
  • Own and develop our mid-market sales strategy
  • Align team around sales playbook and messaging framework. Constantly test and evaluate the playbook and update as needed
  • Drive the business line to $10M+ in ARR in the medium term (2-3 years)
  • Responsible for day-to-day management and growth of mid-market sales team
  • Manage a sales system and processes that allow for easy reporting on performance and bottlenecks


What you bring to the team?


  • Experience in marketing and selling SaaS solutions, regulatory solutions, enterprise or case management software
  • Experience selling into state/local government is a bonus. Background with permitting and/or licensing areas is ideal.
  • Demonstrated experience at developing and maintaining executive level relationship
  • People management with a servant leader-style manager. You love to coach and help employees grow.
  • Experience in a startup sales environment, ideally having scaled a team up to (and beyond) 5 Account Executives and a track record to taking a company to $10M+ in ARR
  • Expertise in managing complex sales opportunities using a proven sales methodology
