As an early hire on a new team, your impact will be significant. You will collaborate with leaders across the organization to influence and execute on an ambitious analytics roadmap that extends across insurance operations, marketing, finance, and other departments.

Why We'll Love You

• You're curious about the business and love learning about best practices and tools, identifying opportunities to implement improvements
• Bonus! Familiarity with Azure Synapse, experience with business intelligence tools such as PowerBI and Tableau, and experience in P&C insurance
• Minimum seven years' experience working with data lakes, marts, and/or warehouses
• Expertise in building cloud-based data pipelines, ideally with Azure and/or Databricks
• Deep experience with SQL, Python/R, git, dbt, Spark/Databricks

• Continuously seek out and identify areas to improve data engineering practices, data quality, and processes
• Work closely with the data science and business intelligence teams to develop data models and pipelines for research, reporting, and machine learning
• Work collaboratively with infrastructure and networking teams to access and manage disparate data sources
