We Are Looking For Someone With
  • Knowledge of business and risk governance practices, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements within the insurance and financial services sectors
  • Understanding of financial and performance metrics, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban etc
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs
  • Experienced in product management, including serving as a Product Owner or similar role, ideally in the insurance, financial services, or tech industry
  • Relevant working experience on at management and strategic level or experience in handling projects with demonstrable record of success
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to drive consensus and align diverse perspectives towards common goals
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities, and delivering high-quality results
  • Strong account management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners and stakeholders
On The Job You Will
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as legal, compliance, and finance, to ensure alignment, streamline processes, and address any contractual or regulatory requirements related to the bank partnership.
  • Conduct regular reviews of project performance, financials, and risk assessments, providing insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure transparency, accountability, and adherence to project objectives and budgets.
  • Collaborate with DBS to identify and assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, leveraging this information to drive strategic decision-making and innovation.
  • Ensure effective business and risk governance by developing and implementing policies, procedures, and controls. Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal guidelines, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation measures with internal / external stakeholders, including the Regional Office
  • Serve as an Account Manager to DBS, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand their needs, provide proactive support, and identify opportunities for collaboration and business growth.
  • Product Owner for selected projects, taking ownership of product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Work with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
