Strategic Sourcing Analyst Jobs

On behalf of our client in the Retail Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Analyst.
Strategic Sourcing Analyst –

• Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• The Vendor Management Analyst will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure that vendors meet or exceed the expectations of the company
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure open lines of communication and effective collaboration
• Prepare and present vendor management reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders as required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure vendor compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
• Develop and maintain vendor scorecards and dashboards to track vendor performance and identify areas for improvement
• Manage vendor relationships, including identifying and selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with vendor requirements and company policies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and vendor consolidation
• The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Develop and implement vendor management policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent vendor management practices across the organization
• Evaluate vendor performance on a regular basis, including conducting performance reviews, tracking key performance metrics, and addressing performance issues as needed

Strategic Sourcing Analyst – Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in I.T. Procurement
• Familiarity with procurement systems and tools
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge of vendor management best practices, including contract management, vendor evaluation, and performance management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
