We are seeking a highly motivated Sourcing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team. Most of all, you are looking for an opportunity that is all about autonomy and making the role yours. Your efforts will build our business as we continue to grow! As a key member of our Talent team, you will be responsible for attracting and sourcing top talent for a variety of positions across our organization.
To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our company’s current and future growth needs.
Key Responsibilites

• Utilize various recruitment tools such as job boards and referral programs to attract top talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements
• Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals by using social media networks
• Contribute to the evolution of our HR team and add value to employee-driven strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, universities, and industry professionals
• Send recruiting emails, schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Source and review resumes to pre-screen candidates
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent

Qualifications

• Business and technical acumen or passion to join a growing start-up
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting top talent
• Strong organizational and time management skills
