Description

You will be required to have experience in:

• Leading supplier negotiations for market data, index data and fund data research providers for Middle Office services.

• Conducting contract reviews for restrictions on site licenses based upon centralization of data feeds but distribution across Investment teams as well as Investor Group fund portfolio managers.

• Developing sourcing strategy in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders (including Sourcing, Business, IT Risk, Legal and Technology)

• Performing cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking, when required

• Understanding business issues, identifying the needs of stakeholders and working as part of a project team to complete contracting within target timeframes

• Quickly establishing partnerships with lines of business

• Carrying out various market data projects and mandates that have a significant impact on the profitability and efficiency of the company

• Tracking savings and total contract value

• Leading major and complex sourcing initiatives with expertise in market data and index data supplier negotiations

• Facilitating decisions and providing recommendations to MI business partners

• Delivering risk balanced results in savings and cost avoidance through innovation

• Applying procurement best practices

Must Haves

The resume must specifically call out experience with market data, fund services or index data providers. The candidate should have Financial services experience.
