Must Haves Skills

• Domain Retail
• Technical/Hands on lead – 3–5-member team
• Client facing role, good communications
• Java, SQL, Scripting/Python

Roles & Responsibilities

• Role is for a techno functional associate with good exposure to hands-on working in Java, SQL , Python scripting and exposure to GCP/Azure platforms
• Provide 24 hrs. On call support in rotation basis including weekends.
• Strong Communication skills
• Client facing role along with managing team of 7+ Associate.
• Good experience in Retail industry preferably in Store operation, Merchandising and HR Backoffice applications/processes and meet Client expectations.
• L2/L3 support and enhancement activities including but not limited to Incident management, Service request fulfilment, problem management, Change Management, Knowledge management
• Able to play major incident management roles as needed in handling critical issues and providing regular communication updates.
