YOUR JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Minimum 5-10 years of industry experience including paving operations

Outstanding project management, analytical, implementation, vendor management, organizational, communication (oral & written), and customer service skills,

Collaborate with business owners and operational teams to identify, plan and manage service support needs, solution requirements and technology dependencies

Demonstrated participation in procurement needs identification (RFxx, SOW) and evaluation, including contract administration and vendor management roles is required

Demonstrated management and resolution of service incidents, troubleshooting tactics, and problem solving under pressure is required

Understanding of the IT business process including change management is preferred
