YOUR JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Minimum 5-10 years of industry experience including paving operations

Minimum 5 years at a managerial level

Estimating and field experience an asset

Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating paving operations from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget

Manage a book of business of medium to large size commercial construction accounts, including prequalification documents, tenders, and project placements

Promote project delivery project in collaboration with stakeholders, and fiscal and records management.

Provide leadership and subject-matter expertise to members of the Court Services Management Team and other divisional staff.

Manage multiple projects for the Division within the Unified Family Court.

Experience working in a family court” and “experience working in the family justice system

Develop and administer policies related to Family Justice programs and services.

Monitor activities/initiatives to ensure compliance with operational guidelines, policies and legislation.

A minimum of 5 years of successful construction management experience

A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a highly regulated environment

Skilled use of computer programs including Project Management, CAD and databases

Identify the mix of expertise, knowledge and capabilities required to achieve the project purpose

Factor constraints on resource availability, skill levels, organizational capabilities, readiness, and costs into the plan

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered

2-3 years project management experience, preferably in a full scope product development role covering development, new product introduction (NPI) and deployment

Strong communication, negotiation and risk management skills

Demonstrated organizational, time management, problem solving and decision-making skills

Experience with external independent labs and/or certification processes for industrial applications such as medical, aeronautical, security, etc. would be an asset

Interface with external independent certification labs to establish timelines, plans and coordinate execution of testing to ensure timely certification or renewal
