Experience utilizing a defined Sales Methodology (re: MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.) for business needs/business pain understanding

Consultative sales experience targeting relevant companies/businesses to drive cost savings and efficiencies throughout their IT organization

Highly motivated and professional, with excellent verbal communication, presentation, and social skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

Prospect across a broad range of accounts to build high-quality pipeline

You will develop and run a sales strategy with a target account list

Additionally in this role, you will build on your education and career experience as you:

Five (5) to seven (7) years’ recent related experience in managing, leading and directing facilities projects in a complex institutional environment

Knowledge of capital project planning and implementation processes including design, construction and procurement within current standards, codes, bylaws and regulations.

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage planning, design and construction projects simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering related field

Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience, that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities for the position.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate would be considered an asset.

A minimum of two years experience preferred but not required.

Knowledge of both Global shop & SAP Applications would be beneficial.

Assist with pre-commissioning activities and manage field engineering.

Qualification in Engineering, or the equivalent

Minimum 15 years post graduate experience in Mineral Processing or Metallurgical plant design.

Advanced project management skills including demonstrated effectiveness in planning and coordinating major projects from conceptual design through construction completion.

Comprehensive knowledge of health care and relevant government procedures, standards and requirements.

Ability to productively use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and project management software.

Broad knowledge of the planning and construction processes associated with facilities development.

Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Determines staff complement of assigned area/department and selects, directs, supervises and evaluates staff to ensure effective performance of duties;

Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles and methodologies and ability to coach team members on these skills.

Experience on multi phase project implemented using Construction Management and/or Design Build deliveries will be an asset.

Demonstrated knowledge of capital project budget control and related financial management.

Progressive senior management leadership roles overseeing the design and construction of major facilities project, in a large complex organization; and

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be acceptable.

Manages contracts awarded to consultants, contractor and other vendors to ensure compliance and intent.

Excellent knowledge and experience with data management software (Access)

Experience with inventory and warehouse management software (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS)

Develop the analysis and management tools needed to monitor the various projects.

Bachelor's degree in administration (operations and logistics management) or industrial engineering

Understand market and customer consumption trends for the product category it manages in order to develop its demand expertise.

Work in collaboration with major accounts, product managers and supply planners.

Project scope development and management

Delivery and management of project schedules

SAP system knowledge & experience helpful

Strong leadership and management background

Provide guidance and support to site engineering regarding design concepts, specifications, and requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing process.

Responsible for understanding the manufacturing processes of the company and identifying areas where the cost/ benefit favours technology and automation.

Supply Chain Management Professional designation and experience in large-scale projects and project delivery models would be an asset.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and sound judgment to manage complex procurement strategies.

Manage operating budget as assigned, and provide budgetary information, as well as information on lead times and costs to Major Projects.

Outstanding strategic-thinking skills to drive efficient delivery of resources and execution of projects.

Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate cross-functionally and ensure the success of large-scale projects.

Provide process and quality oversight to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, industry standards, applicable metrics, and service-level agreements.

Prior experience applying commercial contracting methods, contract management, construction methods, codes and standards, quality assurance and health and safety.

Ensure appropriate Project Management and Contract Management governance is followed.

Prior experience in managing conflicting priorities of scope, schedule, cost and quality.

5+ years of experience in project management managing projects

Planning and coordinating project management activities including financial, planning and contracting aspects

Working with a variety of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, MS Word, MS Excel, etc

Current SCMP or related Supply Chain Management designation

Proactively manage supplier relationships, fostering open communication, setting clear expectations, and providing valuable feedback on performance
