- Able to function in a dynamic environment subject to impromptu changes in schedules and priorities. Is not threatened or intimidated by change and uncertainty;
- Customer focused approach and good analytical and problem solving skills;
- Relevant leadership experience in a technology oriented or project related function;
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, suppliers and stakeholders. Understands the importance of developing effective partnership relationships with key suppliers;
