Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly shipper and customer documentation as per industry and contractual deadlines.

Monitor and manage shipper and customer nominations, transactions, and supply demand imbalances to provide analysis to shippers.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders on asset activities such as Asset Integrity, Commercial Assets, Business Development, Finance, and Fundamentals.

Knowledge of tariffs, shipper, and joint venture contracts and regulatory obligations.

Experience working in a fast paced environment, applying time management and organizational skills

Courage to lead with an inclusive and empathetic approach and curiosity to understand how others view and experience the world

Experience developing and managing complex and integrated grids or scheduling documents

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce; experience with quantitative and qualitative data sets

Ongoing maintenance of scheduling of key partnership assets across all properties, teams and venues

Development of optimization strategies for unused/unsold inventory to both drive new revenue as well as augment existing contractual commitments
