Calculate margin requirements and coordinate margin movements

Document and monitor various Alternative Investments including Private Loans, Term Loans, LPs and Externally Managed Fund investments

Archive relevant counterparty documents for internal and audit requirements

Minimum of 5 years relevant derivatives operations experience

Position Requirements (Education, Qualifications, Experience):

· Excellent project management skills.

Product and Menu Management/New Product Development

· Acquire and analyze market data across multiple countries in partnerships with key agencies and Marketing Managers.

· Work closely with marketing managers, technology stakeholders and developers.

· 5+ years of marketing experience including evaluating and approving digital content

Demonstrated experience with fixed asset lifecycle management.

Excellent organization, attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills, and a high degree of solid judgment.

Advanced level MS Office Suite capabilities, especially MS Excel (pivot tables, graphs, charts, macros).

Maintain the master list of Capital Assets, coordinating the capital inventory review process with campus stakeholders, and ensuring records are current.

Compile working papers and process accounting transactions for acquisitions, disposals, and amortization.

Prepare accounting reconciliations and periodic internal reports and analysis of financial results.

Fair salary determined by skill set and experience

Minimum (5) five years prior experience in similar roles with leadership and planning responsibilities in the construction industry

Allocate general and daily responsibilities

Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.

High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc.)

Strong carpentry, plumbing, and electrical knowledge

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of capital assets to meet internal and external reporting requirements;

Preparation of additional reporting requirements, for example FERC and AER requests;

Other projects as assigned by the Manager, Capital Assets & Complex Accounting; and

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance along with a CPA – CA accounting designation;

Recent experience in quarter-end and year-end reporting, including external financial reporting would be an asset;

Minimum of 3 years’ experience;
