Assists in effective strategic supplier relationship management, risk analysis and compliance management programs with regard to category management.

Understanding of forecasting, inventory management and procurement would be an asset.

Manage vendors, execute product set up, monitor inventory, create purchase orders and reconcile invoices for our Procurement warehouse.

3 to 7 years’ experience in a sourcing/supply chain role

Knowledge of sourcing process, including negotiating contracts and SOWs

3+ years of progressive business experience in strategic sourcing and/or global supply chain management related to commercial print or digital communication

Work with business partners on a consultative basis to collect and finalize specific business requirements necessary to evaluate and select suppliers

Track, monitor, and manage sourcing and contracting agenda across the category including progress, risk, and procurement impact development and realization

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop complex cost model and come up with actionable cost-optimization recommendations

Identifying potential suppliers and qualification criteria and preparing RFx (request for proposal, request for quote, etc.) packages;

Proven communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills, with influencing and persuasive talents.,

Experience in the oil and gas industry.

Working with stakeholders regarding contracting strategies and analyzing scopes of work to determine contracting strategy;

Coordinating proposal evaluation activities, including completing commercial evaluations and negotiating with suppliers;
