Senior Sourcing Analyst Jobs in Manitoba

Solid knowledge, understanding and experience in strategic sourcing with 5+ years of relevant technology experience in sourcing

Build and continuously update a comprehensive and robust contract pipeline to proactively identify, manage, address and report on sourcing opportunities

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills to identify and support negotiation strategies

Excellent communication skills and even better listening skills to champion the "voice of the internal customer"

Strong organizational skills, ability to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Establish strong and credible relationships across the Capital Markets business platform with the objective of understanding the business strategy and direction

You will be required to have experience in:

Excellent stakeholder management skills and comfort in speaking with senior leaders at the Bank

Knowledge and experience with state-of-the-art procurement and analysis technologies

Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge

Minimum of 5-10 years progressive sourcing experience

CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) preferred

Good (external and internal) relationship management and cross-functional leadership skills

Significantly reduced third party risks with active risk management implemented for each IT sourcing initiative

Deep understanding of contract terms and contractual language; proven skills and experience in drafting / redlining contracts

Experience of contracting for agile application development services and managed application services

Provide support and coaching to Sourcing Managers within the Technology Sourcing teams

Have 5 - 10+ years of general sourcing experience

Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, time management and customer service skills

Ongoing vendor management (e.g., vendor performance, renewal negotiations, issues, disputes, cancellations)

Maintain contract management system, contract templates and contract status reports

Assets but not required: supply management training or designation Supply Chain Management designations/enrollment (e.g. SCMP

3 to 7 years’ experience in a sourcing/supply chain role

Knowledge of sourcing process, including negotiating contracts and SOWs

3+ years of progressive business experience in strategic sourcing and/or global supply chain management related to commercial print or digital communication

Special consideration for candidates with experience in Investment platforms and Life and Health Services sourcing (medical/paramedical/travel services; Group Benefits)

Work with business partners on a consultative basis to collect and finalize specific business requirements necessary to evaluate and select suppliers

Track, monitor, and manage sourcing and contracting agenda across the category including progress, risk, and procurement impact development and realization

Interface directly with business partners and vendor/contract managers

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop complex cost model and come up with actionable cost-optimization recommendations
