Job Description
We are in need of a Customer Service Analyst with s solid background in order fulfillment and management, inventory control and customer service. Ideally this candidate has experience working in the CPG industry or manufacturing company in a similar capacity.
Job details include :
1. Customer order fulfillment - receiving, entry and coordinating the timely fulfillment of. customer orders
2. Analyse, reconcile and track product inventory
3. Monitors incoming shipments, reviews receipts and makes adjustments if any.
4. Tracks inbound and outbound shipments and ensure completion of delivery and receipt
5. Reviews vendor invoices for approval
6. Reviews and validates customer claims

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
1. Strong analytical skills
2. Advanced excel skills
3. Have used major ERP systems especially SAP
4. Driven to succeed and grow within the company
5. A team player and can work cross functionally
6. Knowledge of warehousing and logistics a plus
7. Experience working in a manufacturing or consumer packaged goods company a plus.
