Job Description

The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for assisting with shipment orders in liaison with UPS and preparing administrative documents for customer order tracking. This position will be a key player in supporting our customer service team to ensure a seamless delivery process.


PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS & OBJECTIVES

  • Coordinating and interacting with other department personnel as required.
  • Coordinating and interacting with other department personnel as required.
  • Loading and managing shipment orders on UPS trucks & emailing tracking documents in liaison with UPS
  • Maintaining a high standard of professional decorum and practices when dealing with customers, suppliers, peers, supervisors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by the Customer Service Manager, and management.
  • Tracking shipment details to customers for all orders, replacements, and parts.


KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
  • Service driven with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Productive and efficient in planning and executing work
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to multi-task
  • Experience with SAP is considered an asset
