Business Analyst / Project Manager - Fintech

Are you a Business Analyst who has also taken on Project Manager responsibilities? Are you experienced with FinTech solutions used by credit unions? Does working remotely appeal to you?

My client, a growing Fintech company is seeking a Business Analyst to add to their team. This role will work on delivering innovative, client-facing SAAS solutions on small teams in a fast paced environment.

This is a permanent, remote role and can be based in British Columbia or Alberta.

What you'll need:

• Proven track record in successfully managing complex IT projects, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a small-sized environment on scalable solutions
• At least 6+ years as a Business Analyst , ideally at startups or smaller tech companies
• Experience with delivering solutions for credit unions or high-growth Fintech companies a must
• Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or similar are highly desirable.

What you'll do:

• Conduct user acceptance testing to validate IT solutions and ensure they meet defined requirements.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and user needs to identify optimal technology solutions.
• Gather Requirements, Define project objectives, scope and deliverables
• Continuously monitor project performance, work on documentation and reporting
• Lead and manage complex IT projects adhering to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
