Job Description

Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager

The role:

Our client is seeking experienced and ambitious sales professionals to join their team. If you are an active listener, with a hunger to chase and close new business, this is the job for you!

Our client is transforming industrial staffing by combining an unparalleled team of staffing with an industry-leading software platform to reduce the cost, stress, and turnover of blue-collar workers.

Qualifications:


· Strategize & execute account planning and mining activities.

· Hunt, nurture, close mid-market & enterprise named accounts.

· Ensure growth of sales pipeline with regular business development and CRM activities.

· Actively participate in the continuous improvement of sales operations including, go-to market and account management initiatives.

· A good understanding of business, industry pain points, and an ability to converse with business leaders.

· Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.

· Ability to maintain and foster relationships with senior client executives.

· Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.

Job Responsibilities:


· Drive sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.

· Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and virtual meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.

· Qualify prospects against sales criteria for ideal customers and sales.

· Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each.

· Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers.

· Draft, deliver and close proposals.

· Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis.

· Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales.

· Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions.

· Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and recognition.

· Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.

· Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.

Job Requirements:


· Minimum 5 years of relevant sales/account management experience.

· A good understanding of sales, lead generation, and an ability to maintain a healthy business pipeline.

· Achieve assigned sales metrics and KPI’s.

· Motivated, self-starter, able to work independently.

*Experience in the Staffing and Recruitment industry required.
